Human Design combines astrology, the I Ching, Kabbalah and the chakra system into a single map. At its core are your type (Generator, Manifestor, Projector, Reflector) and a strategy for interacting with the world.

Inner authority is how you make sound decisions: response, intuition, an emotional wave or external resonance. Understanding your authority removes much of the inner noise.

The chart of centers and channels shows where energy is stable and where you easily pick up others'. Defined and open centers are the key to healthy relationships and work.

A bodygraph is built from your exact time, date and place of birth. Unlike many systems, Human Design is sensitive to minutes: the position of the Moon and planets determines activations, and these set the type, authority and profile. If the birth time is unknown, the calculation uses a morning or zero value, which clearly reduces reliability. That is why we ask for the most precise time and always flag doubtful data.

The method combines several traditions: astrological calculation, the 64 gates of the I Ching, the structure of the Kabbalistic Tree of Life and a model of energy centers. Activations create channels, and channels define centers. The result is a map showing which energy in you is stable and which is open and picks up the influence of your environment. This is not mysticism but a way to describe the stable and changing parts of your nature.

We translate the technical description into plain language: type, strategy, inner authority, profile, definition and the theme of the not-self. No element is judged as good or bad. The task is to show how you are built and in what conditions your decisions become more accurate. Such a reading helps you notice where you live by someone else's script and gradually return to your own logic.

Type defines your basic way of meeting the world: a Generator responds to what arrives, a Manifestor initiates, a Projector sees and guides, a Reflector mirrors the environment. The strategy of your type suggests when action is appropriate and when it meets resistance. We explain this without romanticising it: type is not about character or fate, but about the mechanics of how will and energy come through.

We explain how authority works in real situations: choosing a job, a partner or a large purchase. Understanding your authority removes much of the inner noise and speeds up honest decisions.

The center map shows what is defined and what is open in you. Defined centers give stable energy and enduring qualities; open centers amplify outside influence and can lead to overload or a wish to please everyone. We look at which centers are worth protecting and how to build relationships and work without losing yourself. This is practical support, not a reason to rank people as superior or inferior.

Start with one experiment: for a week, notice how you make small decisions, such as food, a route or a conversation. Check in with your authority and note where a decision was truly yours and where you simply agreed. Human Design does not ask you to change your life in a day; it offers a gradual practice of observation. Small honest choices build self-trust and reduce dependence on other people's opinions.

It helps to consider your type when organising the day. A Generator benefits from responding and should not push through tasks by force; a Projector needs an invitation and recognition; a Manifestor needs room to start independently; a Reflector needs enough time alone to gain clarity. We do not turn this into rigid rules: life is more complex than a scheme. Still, knowing your rhythm helps you manage energy and notice exhaustion in time.

In relationships and at work, the design helps you speak about needs directly: where you need support and where you need freedom. The reading does not excuse rudeness or inaction by referring to a type. Responsibility stays with you, and the chart is only a map. Over time you learn to act from your own nature rather than from comparison with others, which makes decisions calmer and more stable.
