Maya / Dreamspell
The sacred Tzolkin calendar: 20 seals, 13 tones, your kin.
This system is used in every OmniBot reading — together with the other seven. We don't count schools separately: AI synthesizes all eight into one picture, and the calculations are checked against reference tables.
Dreamspell works with the Tzolkin — the sacred 260-day Mayan calendar. Each day corresponds to a seal (20 energies) and a tone (13 pulsations); together they form a kin.
Your kin by date of birth describes character, gift and your way of interacting with time. The seal shows the quality of energy, the tone how you express it.
Separate positions — hidden powers, antipode and analog — help you see inner supports and blind spots, while the wavespell sets the theme of thirteen days.
The practice is to synchronize with your own rhythm: when to act, when to observe, which tasks to solve alone and which in partnership.
How your kin is calculated
The calculation starts from your date of birth. We map it onto the sacred Tzolkin calendar, which consists of two cycles: twenty seals and thirteen tones. Their combination gives two hundred and sixty possible pairings, and your seal-and-tone pair is called a kin. Birth time is not used in this system, so the calendar date is enough and the calculation stays clear and reproducible. We show every step so you can check the result.
We check the date against the Dreamspell reference point and translate it carefully into a kin number. Related positions are determined separately: analog, antipode, hidden power and guide. They are not good or bad — they are different facets of one energy that help you see your supports and blind spots. This order makes the reading structural rather than a set of scattered associations. Each position is explained in its own context.
It is important to know that Dreamspell is a modern interpretation of Mayan calendar ideas, not a literal archaeological document. We say this honestly and do not present the method as an ancient prophecy. Its value lies in a convenient model for describing rhythm and qualities that can be applied to everyday decisions. The birth date remains the only required input; everything else is a language for self-observation.
What the seal and tone show
The seal describes the quality of energy: how you act, what inspires you and where your natural strength lies. Each of the twenty seals is linked to a theme, from clarity and play to devotion and transformation. We read the seal not as a label but as a tendency that shows up in concrete situations. This helps you name your strengths more precisely and understand what gives you resource.
The tone sets the way energy comes through: the thirteen tones describe a pulse from intention to completion. One tone leans towards decisive starts, another towards analysis and patience, a third towards joining efforts. Together the seal and tone show how you move through a task cycle and where you usually lose energy. Understanding this rhythm helps you plan the load and avoid demanding an unnatural pace.
Related positions add depth. The analog shows support that is easy to overlook, the antipode an area where you act unlike yourself and therefore tire, and the hidden power an inner reserve you know least about. We discuss them calmly, without fatalism and without promising a guaranteed result. The task of the reading is to offer points for observation; the conclusions are yours to draw.
How to apply the rhythm in practice
Try, over one thirteen-day cycle that Dreamspell calls a wavespell, to record your state and decisions. Note when acting feels easy and when you want to postpone a task. Compare these observations with the description of your tone and seal, but do not force the facts to fit the interpretation. Within a few weeks you will see your own patterns and can plan around your rhythm. Regular notes matter more than their volume.
Use the kin as a prompt for questions, not as a schedule. If the reading points to a phase of completion, think about which projects to close rather than start. If it speaks of accumulation, give time to preparation and learning. This approach lowers inner resistance and helps you stop fighting your own pace. The decisions still remain yours, and the map only asks useful questions.
Discuss your kin with others only by mutual consent: the reading describes you and does not judge others. It does not replace a doctor, psychologist or lawyer and does not guarantee specific events. Its value is different — it offers gentle language for watching your rhythm and returns attention to what truly restores you. This is a calm practice measured in months, not in one evening.
Common questions
What do I need to calculate my kin?
Your date of birth is enough. Time and place are not required, because Dreamspell works with the calendar date rather than the position of the sky. If you are unsure of the exact date, confirm it in advance: a shift of one day changes the seal and tone. Nothing else is needed for the basic reading.
Does the Tzolkin predict events?
No. The Tzolkin describes qualities and rhythm, not specific events and dates. It helps you notice when you act in tune with yourself and when you go against your nature. We use the system as a tool for observation and planning, not as a schedule of the future. Responsibility for decisions stays with you, and we make no guarantees.
